Land Manager’s Tool Kit: Controlling Invasive Species Using Herbicide

Invasive species control is a growing field and an important component of land restoration. Come review the risks and benefits of controlling invasive species using herbicides with experts from the field. Participants will discuss best management practices for invasive species control. Topics will include roadside inspections, new regulations, strike team and contractor need to know facts and early detection invasive species identification. Earn 6 CEUs.

This class will take place in the field and includes an invasive species ID tour on the property. Please dress accordingly.
